COURSE 1 – Seabass Ceviche: Marinated & Cured Seabass in a blend of Orange Lime Juice. Red Onion, Cucumber, Pineapple, Jalapeno, Cilantro. Served with a Habanero & Thai Chili Dipping Sauce.

COURSE 2 – Shrimp Tostada: Served Chilled. Flavorful Tiger Shrimp, Layered on a house corn tostada with, Spicy Salsa Roja, Mangos, Avocado, Sweet Red Cabbage, Jalapenos, Habanero & Thai Chili dipping Sauce.

COURSE 3 – Taco de Coliflor: Served on house made corn tortillas. Fried Cauliflower, Cilantro Aioli, Avocado, Sweet Red Cabbage, Serrano Peppers, Queso Fresco, Cilantro.

COURSE 4 – Pecan- Raisin Crusted Rack of Lamb: 1 LB of Oven Roasted Lamb, Served with Chayote Squash Calabacitas, Mexican Rice & Charro Beans. Drizzled with Bacon Serrano Jam.

COURSE 5 – Mostachon Flambeado: Baked Meringue with Pecans, Galletas. Topped wih Cream Cheese Frosting & Creme De Tequila Strawberries.
